How do I return an item?
Please check your order immediately upon delivery. If you believe you have received DEFECTIVE, WRONG or MISSING merchandise, you must contact us via email within the next 3 days upon delivery date; otherwise Fashionista Therapy will not be responsible for defective, wrong or missing merchandise.
- Please print the return form attached at the bottom of this page to send with your return.
- Returns must be received unworn, unwashed, and in new condition. If the item arrives with tags on it must be returned with the original tags.
- Items returned with makeup, deodorant, perfume, or similar product stains will be shipped back to you and are subject to additional shipping costs.
- Returning merchandise that has been already exchanged one time is subject to a $6.95 restocking fee the second time it's returned.
- Your order must be returned within 10 days of being received accompanied by this return form.
- Swimwear is final sale due to hygienic reasons.
- Items on "sale" are final sale and cannot be returned.
- Refused or undelivered packages are subject to return shipping costs that vary by shipping method used in the original order.
- If you would like to cancel an order that has been returned to us, you are subject to the above return shipping costs.
- We will gladly accept your return for a store credit or exchange within 10 days along with this return form. Past 10 days is FINAL SALE.
- BEAUTY : Due to the nature of the product we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. Please inspect your products prior to use.
- Fashionista Therapy reserves the right to issue refunds.
